This year’s RVA MakerFest was amazing!  We saw close to 9,000 attendees, makers and volunteers on the grounds of the Science Museum of Virginia.

The weather was amazing, the demos were exciting and the food was delicious.  If you didn’t make it, well, make it next year. You absolutely missed out!

When I joined the board, it was purely for selfish reasons.  I wanted to learn all about the different folks in the maker community.  Last Saturday, I accomplished my goal of geeking out with as many makers as I could during the day.  I interviewed so many folks, took a few thousand pictures and I’m excited about getting more content out for the blog over the next few months.

Starting next week, I’ll be pushing a post about different Makers who I was able to catch up with!    If you have a favorite, let me know!  Hit me up on Twitter @chrisfauerbach, let me know who you’d like to know more about!
